Fantastic food and service. Couldn’t thank Bogumil for a better experience highly recommend in London South Kensington

Today we visited the Dudley restaurant. The food was awesome. They have some great new items on there menu. The restaurant was welcoming and very clean. They have this really cool robot that delivers your food to the table. I’d recommend a visit just to see that to be honest. Kids will be amazed. The service was good too, but Beyoncé went above and beyond. She checked to see if we were happy with our food, when we got our starters and mains. I had mentioned when ordering I would like literally 3 plain pieces of pasta so I could give it to my daughter who is weaning and it had been forgotten when our food arrived. She was quick to notice that it was missing from the table and went to the kitchen and made sure my daughter could have something to snack on whilst we ate. For me that was everything. Even thought my daughter is a baby she still made sure she was apart of our dining experience. Beyoncé is a very well mannered and polite young girl. You need more staff like her. We will be back no doubt!

Last Saturday, my girlfriend and I visited Bella Italia at Salford Quays and the food was so delicious. We ordered Pasta carbonara and I have never had better pasta in my life. Strongly recommend :)

Excellent meal at Bella Italia at the Oracle, Reading. Bottomless pizza and Prosecco, good value, good food and great service from our attentive waiter Huw. Highly recommended, thank you!
