Always go to Bella Italia Dudley, but last time we was waiting and waiting and waiting and this was on a sunday! My Friends food was cold when it finally came. Also I had drank my coke and was waiting over half and hour for a refill! We paid our bill and left and never to return.

Good Good. Very good!

Ok food and service, not again though.

Unfortunate Felt Very unwelcomed Bella italia is a Place were i Enioy to Eat me & my partner were in london & Decided to eat at Shaftesbury Avenue Bella Italia There was plenty of seats for a couple with Lit Candles We visted 4 Years ago on a date and he wanted to take me to Dinner like he did 4 Years ago we waited to be seat & assumed we would get a nice Table We ended up being shoved Right at The Back out the way Near The Till with no Lit Candle and not even enough Room To Take my Coat off It Ruined our evening it Felt like we was not Being Treat Fair 2 men Walked in Looked like They had been on a building site but were given a Table with a lit candle and near other people will not Return Again To This one Although The food was Nice it Real Spoiled it we was hoping for a Romantic meal and ended up being Shoved & Squashed in The corner

This is a middle of the range food franchise, dont expect to much when you go in. My Guess is this food is boil in the bag

1st experience was awful! I went to the restaurant in the Grafton Centre, Cambridge. The waitress we had was unpleasant, unwelcoming and just rude in all. I had something in my drink, looked like a ticket, no harm but asked for a replacement and confirmed there was something in my drink. The waitress picked up the glass, stared at it, stared at me and walked off. No apology. Came back, shoved it on the table and abruptly asked what do we want for food (there was 2 of us dining). Ordered food, fine. No apology still. Food came, was really nice and was enjoying the atmosphere and noticed there was a thick black long hair inbetween my chicken and salad. I am blonde so there was no questing whether it was mine or not. Eventually got the waitress' attention and confirmed that the hair was in the middle of my food and I wish for this to be taken off the bill as we do not have time for them to cook another dish (as we were watching a film in 20 minutes). Again the waitress picked up the dish, looked at it (in front of the whole restaurant, embarrassing myself) and walked off. 10 minutes later, came back with the bill and gave it to the other person who I was dining with, no apology and walked off to get the card machine. When she came back she took the payment and walked off with no explanation and no apology! Made me feel really embarrassed. I did contact Bella Italia regarding this and they just responded with a template response and a £20.00 voucher, not really caring about the experience I had. I went back to the other branch in Cambridge and the experience was 100% better. Most likely because the waiter was so lovely and the restaurant was dead quiet so they had time to kill. Overall, will not be going back again.
