Went to the Cabot circus branch and it was awful. Waited around 45mins for our food only for them to get the children's order wrong and the children had to wait an extra 15mins. By that time the adults had nearly finished their meals while the children were crying they were hungry. Staff were rude, unapproachable and had serious attitude. Ran out of tiramisu on a Saturday early lunchtime!! When wanting to complain to the manager we had to que as 2 other people were waiting to complain. As we were waiting a table had been cleared a group of 4 girls at the front of the que spotted the table and asked if they could sit as they had been waiting 15mins when previously told 2mins. The manager then told them it was a further 20mins wait despite the table being empty and the group being at the front of the que. Not sure why they were turned away. Money lost as they left in the end! Manager wasn't much more helpful or apologetic. Offered to take off the children's meals which were £5.95 each. When we got home to check the receipt only £9.95 had been taken off so not even refunded the right amount. Was beyond a joke!

Avoid. A frozen lasagne from Asda is 10x better. The only thing that they have in common is that both come frozen. The only two reasons for someone to order it from Bella Italia is:1- if you don't know how to use a microwave and want to pay someone to do it for you, aka a "chef" or 2 - you don't have a microwave and can't bother to use your oven.

Went to the Telford branch with big regrets I'm not going in to detail as it would take all night to write it but I'll simply say the food was awful the worst food I've ever paid for that goes for the 5 meals I shelled out one of our starters was inedible.

On visiting the bluewater branch, sat at the bar as we were just having a drink, sat talking for 10 mins before we realised that nobody had come to us to ask if we needed a drink. Another 5 mins went by. My partner managed to catch the attention of the one member of bar staff asking her when she had a min could we order some drinks. She looked directly at us, pulled a face and huffed to which we stood up and walked out. I work in a customer facing job, if i was to treat somebody like that i would be sacked. Will never return to them again.

I have visited the Red lion street Norwich restaurant a few times over the last few years and i really dont know why i keep going back. Probably because its convenient ( i can use tesco vouchers) and the fact that no one can be consistently bad. Or can they. Well it appears this branch can. I booked a table yesterday for 3 waited 15 minutes for the drink order to be taken. No Biggie. We ordered our food , waited and waited and waited. Enquired after 40 minutes about the food and was told the chicken takes 20 minutes .That doesn't add up but couple of minutes went by and was told as the waitress was passing the kitchen it had just come out of the oven. Bonus. No, the food was stone cold as were the chips on 2 meals whilst the third was piping hot a lasagna. I explained to the waitress and the manager came over full of apologies and said we could have the 2 cold meals free or he would recook which we declined as we had been there so long and were starving. So a £30 quid bill for a couple of pints a coke a lasagna and 2 cold burgers ,we left the chips Hence to say i would never go again however the riverside one is normally pretty good .

Ordered food via delivroo 35 pounds arrived 40mins late and all ice cold when only live 2 mins away from restaurant in central Milton Keynes the worst food I have ever had delivered

My first time going to Bella Italia and it will be the last. The restaurant was very quiet when we arrived with only 4 tables of people to serve. Our drinks took so long to come out that we had nearly finished our starters, which they had also messed up on the order. We then tried to grab the attention of the general manager for our drinks as he was standing behind the bar doing nothing, he then looked straight at us and we were completely ignored. The food tastes like it was heated up in a microwave and one of the chefs was even leaning across the counter munching away on some food. To top off the experience we asked for the bill which the waiter took as a indication to go chat with the chefs and stare into oblivion. It's so clear that management is extremely poor here and you seriuosly need to review on how your establishment is run. I won't ever be eating here again.

Not my choice but was invited for a meal,if it wasn't the worst meal I've had it came a second close !!! how can they mess up a calzone ??....a starter with sauce from a jar and 4,mushrooms plonked in the middle.....so bad it's laughable... One star is for the staff who were helpful.......avoid and spend less,eat better at a local Italian !!!
