If there was a no stars, I would 100% put that. Myself and two friends visited Bella Italia at Longleat Centre Parcs on Saturday 15th September. We were extremely disappointed with the food quality and service and would not recommend Bella Italia again. My two friends received their meal of Pollo Milanese after a wait of half an hour to find that the chicken was not thoroughly cooked through, still pink and chewy after trying a couple of bites. Please see attached photo. Our waitress came over to ask if everything was ok with the meal to which we explained how we were concerned with the colour of the chicken and proceeded to return the meals to get changed. She then asked if we wanted the same meal or to change, which obviously we did as they were completely put off after seeing the chicken. They both changed their meals to something without chicken in as we didn’t trust it would be cooked. This then took another 30mins to 45mins to come out. We are extremely disappointed and concerned with everyone else that ate chicken that night without checking to make sure it was cooked (which you should not have to do when you are paying for a nice meal in a restaurant anyway!!!!). The next morning they both had very upset stomachs which we can only put down to the couple of bites of chicken that they tried.

it was my 21st birthday meal ( I wore a sash so it was obvious) not once did any of the staff wish me a happy birthday the food was very late, the mains were bland and the dessert was NOT adequate. very disappointed all in all, also toilet wouldn't flush and there was no soap in dispenser.

Went to Bella Italia, Cambridge at 1pm on a Friday. It’s a fairly big place and less than 1/3 of tables were being used. “Table for two please” “Have you booked?” “No” “Sorry, only bookings.” I look slowly around at all the empty tables and walk away to write a one star review.

Real shame we have been there at least ten times in the last month. And due to weather they were strected But can't forgive undercooked chicken. Didn't even take it off bill. David upton

Pretty overrated really. Ok will go with the coffee first. An Italian establishment should produce decent Coffee. The Latte was awful, too hot, tasted like chemicals and hot water. Espresso had too much water in it, not strong enough either. The kids spaghetti didnt come as spaghetti, it was shaped pasta, smelled wierd, looked microwaved, badly presented, like mush in a plate, kid wouldnt eat it. Gluten free pasta totally overcooked and not in its intended form, the "beef" was half warm half cold mush, again shockingly presented. Couldnt help but tell the poor waiter that it was terrible food no discount or apology, just said he would pass it on. Wont go back, terrible first experience there.

Went for first time yesterday. New Brighton. Very disappointed average food and very overpriced. Like going into a McDonald's fast food. Will never go again. They give 40% vouchers off main meal everyone thinks this is cheap but the meals are over priced by this % anyway. No I'm afraid the food is tasteless and have minimal topping. Much better places for your hard earned cash!

After visiting a few times in the last 3 months, we think you should align expectations before going there. It is cheap but, the food has no flavour and Pizza toppings are minimal. Service was OK

Please don't waste your time! Everything is a frozen ready meal that is priced at £10 onwards. Nothing is fresh. It isn't just Bella Italia that does this, all chain restaurants do, and people are still dumb enough to eat at these places at ridiculous prices! Unfortunately, I had no choice it being my mums choice for Mother's Day. It was the Colliers Wood branch. I can't speak badly of the staff, although our waitress couldn't really understand English all too well and got our order wrong a couple of times as a result. Which then lead to the bill being wrong. Also, they had "a bit of a KFC" and told us they had no chicken and no had lasagne left (another indication that these are frozen meals). Very, very poor. We were also asked if we would like Desert menus, to which we said yes. After 15 minutes we still didn't have any so we requested the bill (another 15 minute wait for an incorrect bill). I couldn't leave fast enough and will not be returning. Wish I had gone to Nandos next door (also microwaved and pre-cooked but you know what you're getting and it tastes great).
