Visited Bella Italia at six fields today and can assure you there is nothing beautiful about the food. Puts Italian food to shame everything we ordered was tasteless surely even the worst chef . should be able to make a tasty tomato sauce. £10.00 for a bowl of over cooked pasta with tasteless sauce was what we got. I think they should be renamed Bella dogs dinner Only put one star as it would not let me put a review with no stars Please don’t waste your money

Terrible service totally understaffed waited 20 minutes tonight for someone to take a drinks order although we had prebooked. This restaurant had no draft beers although 2 pumps on the bat. Food is OK but service is terrible and would not want to return

Just been to the Hempstead valley restaurant in Kent. Can honestly say i have never waited so long to be served or to actually been given my order and then when it came out some of it wasn’t even cooked long enough! I got there at 10:50am and there was an elderly couple sitting opposite who had been waiting the best part of an hour for their food, ours eventually came out at around 11:45am. Numerous tables where also complaining of waiting times/wrong food/quality of food. Can safely say I won’t waste my time or money going back!

Had an email for Bella Italia.Didsbury . Come for a breakfast . So we went today ##closed . No sign no apology no nothing ##my option has reduced ten-fold. Very disappointing service. Think twice about going again. Thought we has found something special

Went into Bella italia Grafton Centre this morning for breakfast. Was seated and the waitress looked a bit like she had better stuff to do she took down our order and we waited 50 minutes for our breakfast we watched a table who had arrived after us get theirs first!! The waitress and the waiter who could see us still waiting didn’t bother to check on us to see if we’re ok or to apologise. When our breakfast did come it looked as if it had been slapped on the plate needless to say I didn’t enjoy it one bit. And to top it off our drink glasses were covered in red lipstick. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning here disgrace of a service all togeather needs some serious tlc and changing!

Absolutely disgraceful service today (26/2/19) After a short wait of 10 minutes for a table, we waited over an hour for our little girl's starter, which was a tiny cheese garlic bread. Then after another hour of waiting we complained that we had been sitting waiting for 2 hours now and it was 8pm - we sat down at 6pm. After another 15 minutes one meal arrived and we were told it would be a further wait for the rest. At this point we decided to leave as our 18 month old was very distressed, hungry and tired. We paid the bill we were given and left with the meal we had been served in a box. Paid for dessert we never got too. Altogether awful experience, which led to a very hungry and tired family going home disappointment and really quite angry.

Bella Italia Nottingham Cornerhouse What sort of company dupes customers out of a decent meal? We paid for a virgin experience voucher and the server gave us the wrong menu. According to their website we should have been given the 'Taste of Italy' menu which looks as though it had quite a few choices and we would have enjoyed...instead this was taken off us and we were given the buy a gift menu which was absolutely dreadful....choice of 3 starters....well make that 2 as the one I chose was sold out...only picked the garlic swirls...would have thought they should have been avaliable! Choice of about half a dozen mains....nothing really suited so I ended up with a boring margarita pizza....which was so dry I only ate half of it. Then 3 pudding choices....cheesecake, brownie or ice cream! We feel so let down by Bella Italia. We will NOT recommend them to anyone! They took our voucher which we paid for and gave us a cheaper menu....now to me that is cheating us out of money and I have made a formal complaint to the company.....not that I expect to hear back from them....I honestly don't think they give a damn. Was 1st and last visit!!

Not half moon pizza but crescent!!!! Poor salad no dressing. Saving calories by simply not getting food on the table.
