I book a table with almost 2 weeks a head for my wedding aniversary. with 1 day before to receive an email that they cancel my reservation. try to explain that to my wife:( very nice.

Basildon festival s...t .food. Spaghetti washed out no taste with slop tomato for sause . Chicken burger ordered .got beef burger .they charged us for it on bill.Chicken was unedible in burger like cooked three days ago and reheated .didnt eat .like chewing old boots .complained to manager still had to pay . Evening expereince .Will not be going back there soon . Will find a proper italian to eat in future.

Truly terrible experience - heating was not working but no-one told us so everyone sitting in coats. Took over an hour to get main course. Manager informed me they were trying to fix issues but Rome wasn’t built in a day!! Seriously don’t bother - my children were in tears by the time we left.

Tasted like absolute s**t never eaten something as dry and horrible!!! Dry , rock solid pasta. No sauce till you got to the bottom of it and hardly any sauce and it tasted like tomato puree out of the tube 🤢

went to Mansfield one last night for a party of 10 of us they was really slow at service and it took over 2.5hours for a two course meal and the food could be better i personally had better at a local fast food restaurant the calzone pizza i had should have had meatballs in it i think the cook not a chef far from it must have just put 2 meatballs in at the end as an after thought and qhen do one person pay for a bill of 10 people why oh why cant you as a company get in the modern era of we all want to pay our bill personally without things been added to the bill what you haven't had and the service charge is to put it bluntly a pxxs take the local Macdonalds is better at least they treat you as a person not a cash cow and gulable we definitely won't be coming back here please stay away as its a rip off at least Mr Richard turpin worn a mask

Booked for 12 friends to have dinner in Cardiff Red Dragon Centre Bella Italia. For an Italian restaurant to be unable to serve risotto, canneloni, tiramisu and gelato sundaes is unusual to put it mildly. A waiter trying to reach across the table to serve, dropped a bowl of oil & balsamic over a friends dinner setting. With no apology he came back & dropped a pile of paper napkins on the table & walked off leaving us to clear up the mess.after waiting a while, I called and asked for the rubbish to be removed and a clean set of cutlery to be brought. I had to settle for pizza, we'll it was described as such, the 3 of us who ordered pizza found them all to be dry and hard, reminiscent of cardboard?. I requested dressing for my side salad as it was dry and was given a bottle each of oil & vinegar, obviously do it yourself, I didnt bother. The pasta dishes were dry and lacking flavour also according to the people who'd ordered them. They added £33 tip to the bill being 10% of the total. None if us were prepared to pay it as the service was dreadful. 3 of us walked out together and the same young waiter said don't come back, I turned to the others and asked if I'd heard him correctly, they repeated what he said and I said, I thought so but couldn't believe it. Another 3 in our party caught up with us and said to he seriously just tell you not to come back. Customers waiting to come in also heard this exchange and left swiftly saying let's try somewhere else. Food was diabolical and service atrocious. I will take the waiters advice and not go back. Wish I was able to give them a minus rating because for the first time ever I found a restaurant that deserved it.

If I could give less than one star I would. Visited the branch in New Brighton today - wasn't overly busy in my opinion. Waited over an hour between placing our order and the starter arriving! Had to ask waitress to chase it up... She promised me it would be the next order out - 10 minutes later it arrived. We then had to wait another 15 minutes for our main courses (having been promised they would follow straight after our starter). I had a risotto which I can only describe as slop. Not one single grain of rice could be identified in the plate of mush. My mother had grilled chicken breast which was as tough as old boots and massively overcooked! The mains were an absolute disgrace! Although we were not charged for them (I already stated I would not be paying for them regardless) it ruined our lunch as we were there for just under two hours and both left hungry!

Food was cold and poor service.
