Was looking forward to the meal having pre booked it, had even picked out what I was going to have beforehand. When I sat down and was presented with the menu the two things I wanted were not available! We had booked for the set menu which only had 4 desert options (one being just 3 scoops of ice cream) and 2 of them were also unavailable! I then wanted to pay cash but they said they do not take cash, not because of coronavirus but because they didn’t want to pay the armed van men to collect the cash! Then to top it off they overcharged us and once I realised before leaving, it took them 20 minutes to sort out a refund and NEVER SAID SORRY

After the way they treated their employees at the beginning of covid, (they fired them about 2 days before the fact) making many of them poor (not all of them were entitled to furlough) I will never eat in this company again.

Poor food and poor customer service. We went for a family meal at Bella italia and tbh struggled to find anything on the reduced menu we wanted. We choose or starters and mains which were awful and they even got our order wrong. To which the waiter did not look impress that we queried. The whole experience there was terrible and I would advise everyone to save there money and go elsewhere.

Let's start with the service which was unbelievably slow! They weren't busy and yet it took almost 30 minutes for our meal to reach us......I had lasagna which was cold. When they replaced it I found it to be stodgy and flavourless (you get more flavour our of a jar of lasagna sauce) Moving on to dessert.....we had ice cream so can't go wrong with it really. Then came the bill....where we had been charged extra for our daughters meal deal, bringing it to £10 instead of £5.99. All in all a horrible experience and I won't be going again.

Absolutely worst restaurant company in the uk to order a takeaway. Deliveroo website does not allow alterations to meals and I have been ringing Bella Italia for 4 weeks and to this day still cannot speak to anyone. I ordered a meal via Deliveroo app and rang Bella Italia 30 times with no joy. Couldn’t eat my meal I paid for as have an allergy to a specific ingredient. Eventually they replied to an email offering me a free meal. But after 4 weeks of attempts they still will not answer the phone so cannot get my meal. Customer care is shocking so don’t order food folks as not worth the hassle

First order through Uber with Bella Italia Whitfield in Kent. Food arrived one and a half hours late and cold. The fault is with Bella Italia not Uber. Shocking communication, small portions and rubbish service DO NOT BUY BELLA ITALIA!!!

Coventry Bella Italia Me and my girlfriend wanted a romantic lunch, however, I regret that we chose Bella Italia. We had a very rude welcoming from a man from front office as if he was annoyed that clients were entering the restaurant. Very negative and unwelcoming body language as well. Food was OK, not impressed. Only good thing about the restaurant is the waiting staff who were knowledgeable and kind. Again, very disappointed.

Visited Bella Italia, Center Parcs Longleat. The worst welcome ever experienced. Host sharp and rude. Didn’t explain the rules for wearing masks in the restaurant until I asked. She gave out menus but forgot to give us the children’s menu. I returned to reception to ask her for the menu and she was rude saying sharply, “I gave them to you” - she didn’t!! Order took a long time to arrive but the food was overall good quality and tasty. Child’s pizza over cooked. Overall, poor customer service; host requires training perhaps.
