Always good for a chain restraint , when travelling with work I always eat here

Bella Italia at Oxford was great! Ella was amazing. She was really busy, but took the time to speak to us was wonderful with our son. The food was amazing the service was friendly helpful and could not be faulted in any way!

My wife and I visited Bella Italia in Watford on the back of a bad experience in another restaurant for which we were compensated and the whole experience was a joy, totally different from our previous visit. The service was well above average, staff extremely polite and bent over backwards to help with every detail and the food was the best we have ever had in a Bella restaurant having been to a number all over the country so hats off to you guys you have redeemed yourselves in our eyes and looking forward to our next visit shortly.

Burton Bella, Brilliant service! We have been to this particular establishment and we are always greeted by a very happy, smiley attentive chap, who seats us quickly. The waitresses are happy to offer advice, and recommendations. The food is well priced, and a nice environment. The last time we went in, we had not booked, it looked busy so we decided to try and go somewhere else (our own fault for not being more organised) The chap that usually seats us came after us, and said " I do have a table for you if you want" - Not many restaurant managers/hosts will pop after you and let you know this, Brilliant service - would recommend.

I would highly recommend visiting Bella Italia, the customer service was very good, the waiter was attentive, the food was piping hot and delicious, and of course the portion sizes were great. As I went there with my family, we had more than enough to choose from and there is a wide selection of drinks too. The rustic, italian feel and decor of this little resteraunt is like stepping into Italy itself, lovely soft lighting and I found it a calm relaxing evening there. If you sign up to receive their newsletter, they offer plenty of discount codes to use on mains or drinks, we had 40% off our bill which was lovely. I will definitely visit there again

Went to Watford Bella Italia for lunch today and have to say that it was very good indeed. We were served very well by our friendly and efficient waitress. Drinks arrived quickly and food order taken. I had the Pollo Milanese from the Italian Classics section of the menu. Piping hot and delicious. My partner had Burger Americano with fries, which was also very tasty. Price was good too, especially as I had a money off voucher - result!

The instore staff manner varies from branch to branch but online support is very nice, really care customers

Every time I walk into this place to eat, I’m pretty damn cheeky. When I go to Bella it’s because I have a discount code, from Three’s reward app, Wuntu. As a retail worker, I get that it’s frustrating that a customer is only using your place when they have a discount. However, every time I eat in Bella Italia (at least once a week, bad, I know!) they are the kindest, most gracious staff I have ever met. They always respect the fact I’m on a lunch break and make sure my food comes in a timely manner, they are always polite and converse with me when they are not waiting on other people and it’s even got to the point where they know my order. The food is always hot and they are in no way stingy with their cheese (a massive plus for a cheese lover). All in all, the staff in Cabot Circus are a delight to see regularly and the food is my absolute favourite to eat! See you next week guys!
