Rude when greeting us, seated in the coldest part of the restaurant, cold was the admission of the manager!! Wrong drink served to the wife, olives were very salty, portion size versus price was shocking, a warm brownie for desert, I've had warmer ice cubes. Disgusting value for money

So yesterday at 5pm we being a table of 4 went to Bella italia at shaftesbury Avenue London and as much as I enjoy Bella italia food I can honestly say that yesterday the main meal was absolutely cold and more than 30min wait for dessert cookie dough that was also cold So now I'm starting to doubt my choice of recommending it and indeed eating there again poor service

Visited Bella Italia in the Metro Center Newcastle . There was no social distancing. Tables were crammed together and very crowded. There were empty tables however the manager informed us that he did not have the staff to open the closed area. Surely it would make sense to open the closed area and have staff walk a bit further between stations to ensure social distancing and customer safety and comfort We didn’t stay very disappointing

Went to Bluewater Bella Italia today booked for 12 noon. had marguerite pizza, it was like a piece of rubber not nice

Overpriced beer and crap food,I had spaghetti Bolognese which must have come out of a microwave and was nothing like proper Italian food.

Ordered 2 pizzas and some sweet potato fries , pizza was good , fries as well , nothing to complain so far but found some kind of worms in the box with fries which make me feel sick , if I could attach some pics I would , food was great but make sure you don't add any other weird flavour into it guys .

Shocking. Ate here yesterday. I ordered standard spaghetti bolognese for my main, was it out of a tin? If not it certainly wasn't made by a competent chef. Years since I'd been snd I remembered acceptable Italian food. Not anymore I'm afraid. I didn't complain, whats the point clearly this is standard for this place these days.

Do not eat here! Me and my partner both feeling ill next day. Sent both dishes back. Pasta was rock hard, carbonara cold and dry. Not even an apology. Absolutely dreadful experience save your money and do not go here!!
