Wish I could give 0 stars. The products are totally overpriced and break. They advertise their iPhone protectors as shatter proof, I haven't even dropped my phone and it's the fourth time it needs to be replaced. The glass protector itself is £30-40, which is ridiculous so you would expect better quality. Despite there being 'unlimited replacements' they take about 14 working days to come... The whole process of getting in contact with an agent takes forever, you need to go onto their website, wait for an agent (I've currently been waiting for ten minutes, still not connected), and explain the whole situation, with photographic evidence (this process takes 20 minutes once connected). No idea why Apple uses this product in their stores because all this company does it waste your time.

Diese Firma ist nicht empfehlenswert. Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Ich habe einen Belkin USB 3.0 Hub F4U073, der nach etwas über 3 Jahren nicht mehr zuverlässig funktioniert, immerhin hat diese Teil 79 € gekostet. Es waren fünf Anrufe nötig, um den deutschen Support zu erreichen. Versprecher in den Abfragen der Künstlichen Intelligenz, im Verlauf unmotivierte Wechsel der Sprache und zum Schluß dann der Abbruch. Der Mitarbeiter war zwar freundlich, aber schnell war klar, daß die Garantiezeit von zwei Jahren überschritten war. Blieb noch die Möglichkeit, daß das Netzteil defekt ist. Aber auch hier kein Erfolg: BELKIN LIEFERT KEINE ERSATZTEILE ZU DEN GERÄTEN UND TEILT AUF ANFRAGE AUCH NICHT MIT, WELCHES NETZTEIL VERWENDET WERDEN KANN. Diesen Hersteller ich niemandem empfehlen, ich jedenfalls werde nie wieder bei Belkin kaufen. Produkte gut, Support Katastrophal

I paid $60 for the Belkin wireless charger in February. It stopped working within 3 weeks. I returned the defective product and was told my purchase would be refunded in a “timely “ manner. It is now April 23rd and, I have yet to receive my refund. I will NEVER buy another Belkin product or recommend them to ANYONE.

Absolutely horrific customer service, decided they didn't want our order because it was a bulk order. I mean literally its ethernet adapters for laptops and we ordered 15. It took them 3 days to tell us this over several calls. 0/10 I've had better service from a public toilet

I bought a screen protector from Dixons Liverpool which lasted less than a week before cracking and becoming unfit for purpose. I’m not happy with the customer service. I called was on the phone for half an hour to get technical support. The calls get transferred overseas. Hard to understand what they are saying. The customer service gets all my info and then at the end says you are out of warranty. So why don’t you first ask when I bought my device. You get all my personal info and then you ask that I need to pay to get extended warranty. I asked if I can speak with the super visor he didn’t come to the phone. I just wanted to ask if the problem I have can be fixed if I get warranty. Customer service was not helpful and wasted my time. Awful service

I decided to buy a phone charger from the Apple store. They sell Belkin brand which retails at the high end of the price scale for a phone charger. I figured if I paid more it would last longer. The charger lasted 42 days. The metal connection broke into my iPhone. Apple Store only gives a 30 day warranty. They told me to call Belkin directly. After spending nearly 1 hour on the phone with Belkin regarding the warranty, they sent me a replacement by regular mail. The box arrived broken into with the charger missing. I will not buy this brand again.
