I bought a screen protector for my new iPhone 17 Pro from an Apple store in February 2026. Apple employee installed this. 3 months later the screen protector got several cracks at different location on the iPhone. I registered my product and went to get free replacement. Problem is that Belkin wants to charge me $9.99 for shipping on a $40 item that can be put in an envelope for under a $1. I will not be getting a new Belkin screen protector as this is dishonest when they say lifetime free replacement. They are making more money on their shipping costs. I recommend not buying from Belkin. Disappointed as past products I have purchased from Belkin has been good products.

I would like to leave a review for the Belkin support representative I spoke with on Monday, 27th July. His name was Gabriel (GAB), and he was outstanding. Out of all the customer service representatives I have spoken with, he provided the best support. The call lasted 1 hour and 1 minute, and throughout the entire conversation he was patient, professional, and extremely helpful with resolving my complaint. His approach to resolving the issue was very smart, and he made the whole process smooth and reassuring. I just wanted to say that I am very grateful for his help. I have now received my Belkin product, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service I received. Thank you, GAB!

I ne er had a return that wasn't QR code or send me a label... they said I had to pay for shipping label but you pay for shipping it! Smh half of refund went to shipping! Never again, this why use Amazon.

Total lächerlich, für das Geld ist die Leistung zu schlecht. Abgesehen von der Wartezeit wollen sie für die zweite Folie 9,99€. Appel du kannst dir bessere Partner aussuchen.

A ZERO star. The material is poor quality, and the so-called free replacement warranty is a complete scam. Customer service was unhelpful and disappointing.

Horrendous simply horrendous! If you want to save your mental health, do not go near Belkin. They don’t answer, don’t care, and don’t get anything right!

This is a scummy company. I was sold a warranty for a screen protector at Apple, but when it chipped and I tried to get a replacement, I was told the item was out of stock. Registering the product was confusing, and when I tried to contact customer support, I was number 130 in the queue and waited for over an hour. When I finally got through to someone, she told me this would be the only time I could get a screen protector through customer support and that next time I would have to file a replacement claim. When I tried filing a claim, it simply said the item was out of stock. Then I received an email saying it was back in stock, but when I checked, it was already out of stock again. Overall, this was a horrible experience. It doesn’t even deserve one star. And shame on Apple for partnering with such a horrible company.
