After cracking my screen and getting a replacement with Apple I contact Belkin for a replacement. They said I need a picture of the broke screen, meaning I need to take a picture of my phone with my phone and of a screen I know longer had. I explained this and was met with unhelpful staff. These products do not have an adequate information regarding how to replace them, meaning customers pay a higher cost with no return. Do not trust this company they will scam you or take your money

No le doy cero estrellas porque no se puede el protector de pantalla es una basura y bien que te clavan los 40 euros no compren este protector el del chino sale mejor y mucho más económico a los 15 días de empezó a despegar de una esquina y se medio rajó me pongo en contacto con ellos y me dicen que lo sienten pero que no entra en la garantía la garantía solo cubre el daño a la hora de poner el protector y por desgaste del tiempo cosa que no me especificaron en la tienda si no es que pasó de pagar 40 pavos y me pongo la de un chino que estoy segura que me iba a salir mejor que está kk por eso en serio no compren estos pretectores son unos estafadores

Excellent SAV, J'ai acheté chez Apple une batterie Belkin en MagSafe avec un câble, malheureusement certes après quelques jours d'utilisation le magsafe ne fonctionnait plus, je l'ai ai donc contacté et sans aucun soucis j'ai pu avoir un remplacement de mon produit, avec l'aide du service après vente qui était très compréhensif. Le seul problème que j'aurais à leur mettre c'est que leur produit paraissent fragile ( j'ai tout de même dû contacté 2 fois le SAV de Belkin pour me faire remplacé la batterie ), mais mis à part ça super.

Ich habe einen Thunderbolt 4 Hub von Belkin der immer wieder mal Probleme macht im Zusammenspiel mit ausgewählten SSDs (Samsung). Ich habe am 12.11.2024 eine Supportanfrage gestellt. Die Antwort habe ich (kein Scherz!) am 24.04.2025 erhalten. Und die war nichts anderes als Copy&Paste von für mich nicht hilfreichen Standardantworten. Ich kann nur von Belkin abraten

Belkin screen protectors are GARBAGE and a total SCAM. They sell through Rogers or Apple so they have the image of being upstanding but that’s just part of the scam. Mine broke in 3 places within 3 months and they say it’s not covered by warranty. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Belkin’s iPhone screen protectors are a scam. They break like nothing (two have broken under normal usage in just 1-2 months of use). In the Apple Store they said that there was a life guarantee for this type of issues, but Belkin only agreed to change it once and came up with excuses the second time.

Wenn man einen Belkin-Displayschutz für 50€ kauft, dann bezahlt man Geld auch für den Service in den folgenden Jahren. „Lebenslange Garantie“ wird versprochen. Leider wurde mein Garantietausch zum Lacher, denn die Montage für IPhone 11 Pro im Applestore war nicht möglich, Gerät laut Verkäufer viel zu alt? Der Kundenservice von Belkin hat seitdem nicht mehr geantwortet, jetzt kaufe ich woanders…
