Very awesome experience!

I would give them 100 stars, but since I can only go as high as 5...From the moment you call to inquire about the procedure you want, you immediately know you are dealing with professional, knowledgeable, compassionate people. I just can't say enough about Jaimie and Joanna's responsiveness, be it by phone, text, or email. The hospital is immaculate, the nurses come to your assistance have you just pressed the call button. All are warm, kind human beings. My procedure, the gastric sleeve, was smooth and my only regret is not having it done sooner. Thank you to everyone at Belight!!!

I had Gastric Bypass roux en y . Transportation was excellent . Hospital was beautiful. I loved the doctors and medical team. Nurses were very good spoke English . Very good Service and BeLiteWeight checked up with me after. They really care!!!!

The process was quick and easy and I was worried a lot more about the whole thing than I should have been. Me and my brother drove in from Tulsa, OK and we arrived in El Paso where the driver was already waiting. There was no requirement for a passport to cross the border going into and then leaving Mexico and the driver was awesome. Once we were at the hospital we were admitted in about 25 minutes and were accommodated every second. The nursing staff all spoke English and were extremely nice. The Doctors were amazing and did an excellent job making you feel comfortable and knowledgeable about how the procedure would go. Once my testing was complete i had food and drinks for the evening then It was off to bed. My surgery was the following morning and shortly thereafter i had what was called a Leak test and then I was free to leave and head home. My Surgery was VSG and I had it done on December 4th 2018 and im down 45lbs as of December 31st of 2018. If you have any hesitation about doing this I would Highly recommend it. In the long term I know it has changed my life.

Doctors were AMAZING! I saw them a couple times every day… The place is extremely clean… However the rest of the staff didn’t know anything about nursing they didn’t speak English and they didn’t even come take my temperature lower my blood pressure unless I went to get them and asked them to and then They didn’t know what I was saying.... don’t get me wrong I was very healthy I had no complications whatsoever and no pain relief at all and I was able to take three flights and wanted to get home and I was fine.... I would do it again and go to the same place again in a heartbeat cleanliness and the doctors were the main thing for me… But I could tell that the people that were “nurses” were not really nurses... I work in the medical field and most of my friends are nurses… The lab person was probably the best and most knowledgeable and the radiographer...

BeLite delivers as promised. There were no hidden fees and the staff is very professional. I would recommend to anyone considering weight loss surgery. My experience was flawless.

My name is Sarah, I had the best experience with BeLiteWeightLoss. My coordinator Jessica Espina made everything go so smoothly. I felt very relaxed right down to paperwork. The Dr and the staff are very tentative. If i was in pain or needed help with anything they made sure I was comfortable. My room 514 was so clean and the view at night was beautiful, Not to mention I went by myself. If anyone has any hesitation please don’t! My life will forever be changed.
