Great hospital! It was worth it all!!

Fabulous! Everyone was so helpful. All of the arrangements were made for me and everything went as planned. Jessica was so helpful and patient with me. She answered all my questions!

BeLite Weight Loss Service was phenomenal! From the very start of my weight loss journey with 100 questions to Jessica, to the trip to Mexico, to the prompt courteous shuttle driver, to checking in to the hospital, the pre surgery jitters being calmed and then to the surgery and recovery at the hospital we were 100%, beyond words happy and treated like royalty! We had absolutely not one issue, were given tips of what to bring, what to expect, exactly how things would happen and indeed everything went as scheduled! The hospital was immaculate, the surgeons were beyond informative, answered every single question and calmed my pre surgery concerns! The nursing staff was excellent to say the least!!!! The care and concern for my comfort was beyond anything I have ever experienced here in the United States. We did not have one problem with language barrier, there was always someone who spoke very good English. We were visited by seven different people before the surgery to include Dr. Rod, Dr. Elmo, the anesthesiologist, nutritionist, radiologist, another doctor that explained the entire surgery from start to stop and what I had to do after coming out of surgery (walk, sip, walk), several of the staff from Dr. Rod and Dr. Elmo's office also.......a patient advocate came every day to see if there was anything we needed or was unhappy with and to provide feedback on any questions we might have had about the surgery, the hospital, etc. We felt 100% safe, cared for, looked after and would recommend BeLite Weight Loss. Jessica was our contact person and was amazing, communicated with us for over a year before we finally made the decision to go forward with the surgery. We talked to her many times about a plethora of questions. She was always prompt to answer our questions and called us at the hospital, when we got home and we feel as though if we had any questions about the surgery, etc., she was right there only a phone call or text away!!! We flew home two days after the surgery from Texas to Ohio without one issue, Jessica gave us some good recommendations about traveling (bring bouillon cubes for the plane trip) which were wonderful and has reached out to us on our first day home to Ohio. Don't hesitate to trust this company, they are pros at what they do and we felt well taken care of through the entire process!

I have to be honest that I was terrified about having this surgery done and going to another country to do it scared me even more. Once I arrived at the facility everyone was so kind. The IV was started on the first try which never happens for me and everyone made us feel at ease. Every nurse and doctor went above and beyond for us. I do have to send a special thanks to Deanne who was one of my nurses. I found out that my grandfather had passed away while I was there and she was so comforting. She asked to hug me and console me at a time that I was really struggling. This is an excellent facility and an excellent staff.

I had an amazing experience with my surgery. All the doctors and nurses were so nice and caring through the whole process. I would definitely recommend using BeLiteWeight to anyone.

My surgery went without a hitch. There was a bit of a delay getting checked in, and no one to actually translate when I got there, but many of the staff speak very good english. I had no surgical complaints, the doctors and nurses were very kind and professional. If you want to be treated like a celebrity, this is the place to go. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Everything went perfectly. Traveled to El Paso Texas and was picked up at the airport by a very nice, polite man who spoke good english and was transported to hospital in Juarez Mexico. I felt very safe and secure. The hospital was beautiful and very modern and up to date. Staff was great especially the Doctors who were very personable and spoke excellent english. The whole experience was wonderful. I was up to 275lbs in July 2018. After the preop diet I was down to 255lbs by Sept 13, 2018 and had the gastric sleeve done on Sept 13,2018. It is now Oct 16,2018 and I now weigh 215lbs. I was on 4 medications for my diabetes and 3 meds for high blood pressure. I am now off of all of these meds and feel wonderful. I would recommend that anyone battling weight issues to look into this and change your life for the better

I can truly say that this company was efficient, caring and made things happen to fit my timeframe! They gave excellent advise, was in contact daily to make sure I understood what to do next and even called after the surgery to check on my well being!
