Après un incendie dans l'arrière pays nicois, l'équipe Belfor nous a fait un travail formidable !! L'équipe qui a pratiquée les travaux à était très professionnel et de surcroît "humaine "et compréhensive!! Après l'enlèvement des "débris" la décontamination et le nettoyage de l'appartement ont été au top!!! Merci à vous 3 pour votre professionnalisme. !!!!!!

Belfor has been nominated by through my insurance claims it has been 6 weeks I have been chasing them every two days but there is ZERO response. Every time I call the customer care officer I get to know this will be fixed on high priority this week but this does not happen I am highly frustrated calling and chasing them will never recommend them

Suite à un sinistre de janvier 2024, à ce jour nous n'avons toujours pas résolu le problème de facturation. Après vérification poste par poste il s'est avéré que des prestations non réalisées étaient quand même facturées ! ENTREPRISE A FUIR!

Project Manager: Tim S. If I could give zero stars, I would. BELFOR was hired by my insurance company to handle emergency cleanup and provide a repair estimate after a flood in my basement. What followed has been nothing short of a nightmare. It’s been over 8 weeks, and BELFOR still hasn’t completed the emergency work. The lack of communication is absolutely appalling. I’ve called around 50 times, and every time I’m routed to a receptionist who has no information and no ability to help. I’ve repeatedly asked to speak with the project manager, Tim S., and was either ignored or falsely promised a call back. In all this time, he’s contacted me exactly once since the initial inspection. Despite clear direction from my insurance company on items that needed to be completed—and BELFOR confirming they received those directions—many of those items were simply ignored without explanation. Meanwhile, mold has started to grow in my basement due to their delays and neglect. They’ve sent subcontractors who could barely communicate, leading to even more confusion and frustration. Personal items are missing, and many of my belongings are still sitting around waiting to be inspected. My basement is a complete disaster with no end in sight. Worse yet, I’ve been lied to on multiple occasions by BELFOR. I’ve never dealt with such a disorganized and dismissive company. Their customer service is non-existent, and their disregard for timelines, communication, and accountability has only added to the stress of dealing with a flood-damaged home. I would never recommend BELFOR to anyone. If your insurance company assigns them to your claim, push back and ask for someone else. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a service provider.

A fuire !!! (entreprise de Cagnes-sur-mer). Suite à une inondation survenue le 25 octobre 2025, notre assurance a fait appel à la société Belfor pour le nettoyage de notre maison, ainsi que de 2 dépendances et de la piscine. Un devis a été établi quelques jours après l’événement, et il nous a été précisé par Mme Dussol, responsable en charge de notre dossier, qu’une équipe interviendrait dans un délai de 48 heures après acceptation du devis. (devis accepté immédiatement. Or, l’intervention n’a eu lieu que trois semaines plus tard, ce qui a malheureusement aggravé les dégâts à l’intérieur du logement. Lors de leur passage, un des ouvriers a posé un chiffon imbibé de produits abrasifs sur le poêle à bois, causant des dommages visibles. Cette négligence a été signalée immédiatement à Mme Dussol, mais aucune suite n’a été donnée. Aujourd’hui, soit plus de 6 mois après le sinistre, nous attendons toujours l’intervention promise pour le nettoyage des dépendances et de la piscine. Lassés de cette attente interminable et d’un service inexistant, nous avons fini par effectuer ces travaux nous-mêmes. Nous déplorons non seulement un manque total de professionnalisme, mais également une absence de suivi, de réactivité et de considération envers les sinistrés. Mme Dussol, responsable chez Belfor, s’est montrée particulièrement désagréable, avec une attitude qui frôle la négligence professionnelle et un manque manifeste d'engagement envers ses obligations. Nous déconseillons fortement cette entreprise.

Min lägenhet har inblandat i en brand i Hisingsbacka och de står för utflyktning och sanering, processen har börjat i oktober månad 2024 men jag har inte fått alla mina heminredning hittils. Arbetsledaren som är ansvarig i området svarar inte när jag ringer. De står inte för det de lovar och göra, jag vet inte hur länge kommer och ta tid att processen tar slut. det har gått nästan 7 månader och de är inte klart än.

Det här är den värsta servicen jag någonsin upplevt. Det tog dem fyra månader att riva och delvis bygga om vårt badrum, och kaklet är fortfarande inte installerat! Ingen tydlig kommunikation, de svarar inte på telefon eller på våra mejl för att informera oss om när de kommer vara klara eller när arbetarna kommer. Mycket oprofessionellt, använd dem inte!
