DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE!! Aviva sent these cowboys to carry out leak detection work after our house flooded. The main leak was sorted but they were to confirm there was nothing else. During the visit their workman moved our 5 year installed washing machine witnessed by my mother and confirmed by the workman on the phone to the adjuster and my wife. He told them there was no issue and the area was bone dry. Job done? The next time we ran the washing machine it leaked from the water pipe and flooded our utility. The workman supported by Belfor behind him then alleged he hadn't moved the washing machine and refused to fix or compensate for the damage. A bare faced lie to a customer to avoid fixing their mistake. If they would do this to save £113 I would be wary about their trustworthiness for anything else. I wish I could rate them 0 stars. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Was promised contact and emergency site visit as part of enhanced insurance from Aviva. Told contract would be made within an hour as water is pouring into our property... Nothing from anyone, phones and emails are only manned Mon-Fri and Aviva claim there's nothing they can do. AVOID, and avoid any insurance business poor enough to use Belfor.

Where to begin? Well we had a claim put in to Belford in January for floding. Andrew quit and we got no notice after picking our flooring so it was sold on us! Than the crew didn't come until August to start the project. Roger or Bill has never ONCE came to our property to do any paper work... we were asked to measure our own floors. They finished the project except when Belford made the contract guy unhooked the propane fireplace to move it for tiles they now do not know how to light my propane stove we have been waiting 3 weeks now for someone to come light it and every day there is an excuse from them! I definitely would NOT recommend Belford for any of your renovation claims they are not a professional company they have very bad communication skills with their clients. I think I will send Belford my hydro bill due to running heaters in the house to keep warm and pipes not to freeze! The contract team was perfect but Belford as a company is unprfessional and again I would NOT recommend them for any of your claims!

A FUIR entreprise gérée par des menteurs et des incapables ils ne font que la moitié du travail, cassent vos biens et perdent les clefs de domicile confiées Et quand on relance pour être indemnisé, ils font l'autruche et ne répondent pas sans parler de leur service PJ, qui voulait que je mente à mon assureur dommage que l'on ne puisse mettre 0 !!!!

Les prestations de cette société sont bâclées. Les personnes travaillent à mi temps. Ils ne changent pas leurs chiffons noirs de suie. Au final, il faut repasser derrière eux. Le commercial Mr Denis Fervel est prompt à prendre les commandes mais refuse de faire finir le travail en expliquant qu ils ne pourront pas faire mieux. J'ai fait passer 3 peintres professionnels qui me disent tous que c est ni fait ni à faire. Je vais devoir finir la décontamination moi même. Je vais faire remonter mon mécontentement aux assurances et associations de consommateurs.

Was never able to get quote on work. Was never able to contact the companies “correct “ representative. Spent six months trying to work with them to no avail. Don’t waste your time with them.
