The actual worst company in the world. Don't do it to yourself people.

Our company had a contract with Belfor to complete work through an insurance claim dated Nov 2022 that to this day has not been completed. Because it was an insurance claim, Belfor has been paid in full for all work to be performed. As of a couple months ago, Belfor has stopped responding to my multiple emails and phone calls to have the work finished. I guess standard practice at Belfor is to take your money and run.

Une entreprise minable. Suite à un dégât des eaux dans mon appart, l'assurance a mandaté cette société. Une CATASTROPHE les finitions sont affreuses, ils ont même pas démonté les radiateurs électriques se pour peindre derrière, peinture qui déborde sur les fenêtres, meuble endommagé et sali, quand ils ont reposé les tringles à rideaux elles étaient trop basses et la fenêtre ne s'ouvrait même plus. Entreprise à fuir sans aucune hésitation Si vous chercher des artisans qui aiment le travail bien fait vous ne les trouverez pas ici.

Belfor have been contracted by my insurance company to deal with my contents claim and they've been absolutely brilliant. They communicated with me and kept me updated every step of the way, the technician who came in to assess and then remove my furniture has been very professional. I read all these negative reviews when they were appointed, but I had a great experience with them.

BELFOR Property Restoration in Livonia. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They screwed us over so bad. Never do business with these incompetent people. They don't know what they're doing. And then they try and say that they do. But you have actual proof that they don't. We had a house fire in June and they ruined everything in our house when most of it could have been salvageable, but because of their lack of professionalism and they're lack of work ethic, they ruined basically everything we owned. Then, they have the nerve to put a lean on our house for a bill that was under $2000 when they ruined thousands of dollars of our stuff that WAS salvageable before THEY forgot about us. We tried to call and contact so many people that work here, including David McBride, but no one ever contacted back UNTIL they heard they were being fired. They let our house sit in SMOKE, WATER and MOLD for 2 months! 2 whole months of no work being done by them and no contact from them until they lost us as a job. Highly do not ever recommend this poorly ran company even if your life depended on it... The company we hired after we fired Belfor has done WAY more work in WAY less time than Belfor had. They did absolutely nothing other than a board up, and they didn't even board up our house properly.. Worst experience with a company ever. Especially when we were already going through so much losing our house and then, thanks to Belfor, all of our belongings as well... With no kind of apology or compensation for their negligence.

FUYEZ si la GMF vous propose BELFOR. Les matériaux de remplacement ne sont pas adaptés, le chantier arrêté en cours n'est pas repris au bout de 2 mois. Personne ne vous répond jamais, ils sont injoignables. FUYEZ !!!!!

Suite à un dégât des eaux, la société Belfor nous a été conseillée par notre assurance, mais cette société n’est vraiment pas sérieuse, voire malhonnête. - Concernant la peinture : facture des échafaudages au prétexte que les plafonds sont à 3 mètres mais n’utilise pas d’échafaudage, peinture faite autour des caches d’interrupteur, il a fallut que nous leur disions de les retirer pour que cela soit fait correctement. - Pour la pose du parquet : facture un sol et une sous-couche soit disant qualitativement équivalente à l’existant et arrive avec un parquet et une sous couche au rabais. Cela fait 6 mois que nous attendons désespérément qu’ils nous posent un sol de qualité égale à celui que nous avions. On nous indique des dates d’interventions pour lesquelles nous nous organisons avec notre travail pour être présent et on ne nous prévient pas des changements de planning. En plus de tout cela, les personnes que vous avez au téléphone sont très moyennement aimables et il ne faut pas compter sur une quelconque excuse. De cette société nous ne retenons que l’incompétence, le manque de sérieux et d’honnêteté et ce, à tous les niveaux. Bref, à fuire ! (J’ai dû mettre une étoile pour pouvoir mettre un avis mais si j’avais pu, je n’en n’aurais mis aucune)
