I signed up for a basic subscription this month, and for some reason was charged only $19 for one year, definitely on the low side. They said a lifetime membership was $199, which I declined. I was shocked when a charge of $997 soon appeared on my bank statement. When I complained, a refund was promised pivotal on a call from a supervisor. The call never came, and we are now on the third contact. I could tell from the agent's voice today that there was probably not much chance of my recovering my money.
