Don't bother with this company
9/11/24 Update: my $99 was refunded 2 days after I posted this review. I'm still getting spam from them though. Not a good customer experience for me. All the flags were there - the overselling, aggressive upsells, etc. Still, I thought I would try one of the subscriptions at $99 annually. After subscribing, I'm not sure I was given what I was promised in terms of information and I was immediately bombarded with other marketing campaigns selling investment advice, along with BTM selling additional products. After 1 week, what i surmised is that Dylan Jovine may provide some valuable information but his selling practices are horrendous and make him look like some carnival barker or worse, a schill. I've asked for my money back, in writing, 3 times. I've received 1 response stating "please call us so we can understand your request and answer questions". They want me to call them so they can use high-pressure sales techniques to keep me from ending my subscription. Again, this is a dirty tactic many subscription services- especially the less than honest ones - employ. I don't need to call them - I am able to communicate just fine through their customer service email account.
