They claimed they lost my books. Ups showed it was delivered but they claimed they never received it. They did end up giving my money tho after a few emails hence the 2 star.

Quick timely and fair pricing.

They have very poor (or complete lack of) communication regarding any questions or issues with books already submitted. They have accused me of sending a counterfeit text book and supposedly sent this to a publisher for review. WHAT A FRAUD! Do not send your books to this shady company.

I have sent them books value @200$ about 1 month ago.Never ever received an e-mail back from them ,but one week ago when I contacted them Wendy replied that one of my book is counterfeit.I asked which one ?since I bought all of them new through my college. She/he never replied.I want my books back !!!you are not reliable!

Easy to sell back books and was kept updated by email on status. Would use again.
