Bad communication
I was not made aware that due to it being around the Christmas holiday that it would take the company 3 weeks to process my books and mail out a check. It was like pulling teeth. Not doing it again.

Holiday and high season delays are spelled out in the Terms of Service you indicated you read prior to checkout. We are sorry giving our employees a break during the holidays and issuing payment within 24 hours of processing your order makes you feel like your teeth are being pulled. You are welcome to try your luck with another buyback service and we hope you have a much more enjoyable experience.
