Everything was good. Had to resolve an issue with customer service because of a glitch with the website. In the end it all went well.

They pay out what they say they will pay out, which doesn't always happen with other companies. You might have to contact them to get paid.

THey eventually pay you, slower than ideal.

For what I thought was a slow processing system, I was wrong. I just got an email from a customer service representative who looked into my order more and told me to check my spam folder. If you are waiting for an order to process I would suggest making sure the email did not go to your spam folder as it did for me. This caused me to get upset thinking I wasn’t going to get the money for my textbooks, when in reality I did, I just didn’t see the email as it wasn’t in my normal folder. Customer service always responded within a day of my emails regarding any question I had on processing. If you think your order has not been processed check your spam folder, something I did not do until two weeks later. Thanks Beer Money Books for your help and patience.

Update-BMB contacted me and found my book and issued my check. Check was received 9/21. I sold my books to them in July. I have tried to contact the company multiple times. They do not have a phone number listed, only way to contact them is to send message. No one has replied to me. My book went out to them and arrived July 8 at 2pm it’s now September and I have yet to Receive my money. Since posting this I have received a reply to my second email asking for an update. The representative was very polite and said they will look into the issue since it has been 60 days.

I used this to sell my books for first time. At first I was concern after I read reviews, but I gave them a try. Ofc I got an email saying one of my books was forfeited and I got really upset. I e-mail them, they responded promptly saying we will wait for answer from editor. I was upset, but three days later I got another email that everything went well and I got paid!!! So I can say im happy now! I will definitely use them again!!!

Need improvement on status of the order: if it’s been received, it’s progress, if the payment has been sent Other than that, very satisfied
