Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We did reach out to try and get some more info so we could look into your account and see how we might be able to help, but never heard back. Access to our Support team is reserved for paid users and new users on their free trial which helps us respond as quickly as possible. All members, of course, have access to our bot and our extensive Knowledge Base at beehiiv.com/support. Further, you can see exactly what is offered at each tier on beehiiv.com/pricing. Thanks for checking out beehiiv. - CG
