Hi Jacob, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! So happy to hear you're pleased with our Support team and response times; and yes, Tyler himself responds and assists whenever he can. Hi Kush, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We're so proud of support teams and response times. And yes! The Ad Network recently got a glow-up and is one the easiest ways our users can earn; without sacrificing a cut of their revenue. We're the only platform that doesn't take a cut! Hi Sophia, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! While some of our most powerful features are for paid users only, we're proud of our competitive pricing and annual discounts. Additionally, we are the only newsletter platform that does not take a cut of your revenue off the top. Some take as much as 10%! Many of our customers are able to make beehiiv pay for itself. You can use the calculator I linked below to estimate what that could look like for you: https://www.beehiiv.com/pays-for-itself At beehiiv, we do also have an Acceptable Use Policy and a page where you can report any abuse; like being subscribed to a newsletter you did not consent. You can report that behavior here: https://www.beehiiv.com/report_abuse If you have any questions or need help, please feel free to email me at [email protected]. -CG
