I was struggling with night sweats for years, with them occurring way more frequently as I entered my late 40s . A friend told me about Bedgear. their customer service recommended a few products that could help. I got the vertex protector, the mattress topper, and a pillow and have amazingly not had a single night sweat since! I honestly didn't believe that a change in bedding could do that, but it did

Great concept, but abysmal Quality Control and Warranty Gaslighting
I purchased a BEDGEAR Balance 2.0 pillow based on the store demo, but the product shipped to me was completely defective. It was massively overstuffed, measuring a 7.25-inch resting loft instead of the standard 5.75 inches. This was essentially a 3.0 core mistakenly stuffed into a 2.0 casing, causing severe neck misalignment.
When I contacted the warranty department, aka (GM Warranty Services) they gave me the standard runaround. With clear photographic metric evidence, they wanted me to pay the shipping back, which would have cost me $24.50 with the hopes of only receiving a 30% discount on a new pillow if they find nothing wrong. Furthermore, they also stated that they would not ship the original pillow back. That said, I had to escalate the issue directly to the CEO's office to get action. To the executive team's credit, they rushed me a correct replacement within 2 days (arriving on a Sunday, measuring a perfect 5.75 inches).
However, when they received my defective pillow back, the Warranty group sent me the following response verbatim:
“Our Quality Control team has now completed their inspection of your returned pillow. During the evaluation, the pillow was measured, weighed, and compared against our approved quality standard sample. The pillow's dimensions, weight, loft, and overall height were all found to be within our approved specifications and consistent with the standard sample.
Based on the inspection results, no manufacturing defect was identified. As the product meets our established quality standards, we are unable to validate the claim as a warranty defect”.
Their statement to me was clear in that they wanted no responsibility in admitting a flawed manufacturing process. I have worked as a high-level quality assurance engineer in a manufacturing facility for over 30 years and clearly understand the game they are playing. The product that I received is most certainly emblematic of a quality control issue in their manufacturing facility that they do not want to publicly admit.
This is pure corporate gaslighting. I provided them with a proposed Root Cause Analysis that clearly pointed to process drift, operator error and a Process Capability Index (Cpk) of less than 1. A 1.5-inch manufacturing variance, reflecting a 26% error, on a precisely fitted ergonomic product is a statistical process failure. If a 1.5-inch difference doesn't matter, their entire 0.0 to 3.0 fitting system is a sham.
The replacement pillow is great, but buyers should grab a ruler to check their resting loft immediately and be prepared to fight past a defensive warranty department to get the actual product that you purchased.
Their entire product line is expensive, however, as an informed consumer, I never mistake cost for value. While the replacement pillow seems to function as advertised, their warranty department needs to function as a customer centric operation. What you pay for when you consume any product is the product itself and all of the services that are wrapped around that product, such as the many facets of customer service. Bedgear management needs to rethink their customer service operation because it is slowly eroding buyers’ confidence as well as their brand reputation.

I have a waterproof mattress pad that failed. I contacted Bedgear and they told me to contact Ashley Furniture because I purchased it with my mattress. Neither one will take care of the matter!

We have bad gear sheets
We have bad gear sheets, and after four washes, they are coming apart. I sent pictures to the #Warranty company. The quality is .Because they were a bonus with our mattress purchase they’ll be only offering 20% off a purchase of additional Sheetz. You could not pay me to take the Sheetz.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. They will not honor a return simply because a package is opened. The product does not even have to be used once you open it that’s it. I received a mattress cover and it was not good quality as it crinkled and was basically tissue paper. They wouldn’t take it back and said wash it will be fine. I had my bank dispute it but not a good experience. No reasonable person orders something online that they can’t see for themselves and then can’t return it if it’s not up to standard

I want to be honest about my experience…
I want to be honest about my experience with the $100 mattress protector I purchased. DO NOT COUNT ON WARRANTY. Purchasing a new mattress is not the issue for me, as I already have plans in place to replace it. My concern is that the product did not perform as expected and I feel the company is not standing behind it in the way I would have hoped.
I have actually purchased this same type of mattress protector for multiple mattresses in my household that are part of our daily life and use, which makes this even more disappointing.
Moving forward, I will not be purchasing Bedgear mattress protectors again, and I will be sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions before buying. I had trusted this product to do what it was advertised to do, and unfortunately that has not been my experience.

Terrible disappointment with beauty pillow
I got a Beauty Performance pillow that is $219. What a total scam!!! First of all, this pillow had disgusting pungent chemical order. Airing it out for 2 days did nothing. Tried sleeping on it and kept waking up every 30 minutes. Pillow is very hard and uncomfortable. I woke up with swollen face and crusted up eyes. This company should be ashamed of themselves for selling such a garbage product and charging so much. Also, my hair was frizzy. I had a threadlift over a month ago and this stupid pillow made my face hurt. Sleeping on a brick would be better and free!!! Don't be surprised when you don't find many reviews of this pillow online because giving it 1 star is too generous. If it wasn't so expensive, I would burn it and spit on the ashes. But instead, I'm going to return it and get my money back.
