I would rate it O if I could. The waterproof mattress cost $89 and it didn't do its job. After following the strict return policy and having to pay $20 for shipping.; they denied our claim showing to precise tiny wholes claiming that we damaged it. Like we are sitting on on our bed with needles and scissors making puncture. They are full of BS. Stick with a cheaper one from anyplace else because BEDGEAR does not stand behind their warranty.

On a recommendation from a friend, I ordered a mattress pad on 9.7.26. When placing the order online, a popup offered a 10% discount for giving them my email, phone number, etc. I submitted the order and the discount was not applied. I sent them an email right away and asked them to apply the discount. From 9.7.26 up to today 9.29.26 they have been playing cat & mouse with me and finally stating in an email on 9.22.26 that they would apply the refund to my card. It still hasn't been done so I just sent them another email. The product is good, but their customer service is probably the worst I've ever experienced. They should know that eventually bad customer service will result in lower sales.

Worst product ever made. Its a scam they offer a great warranty but they never approve a claim. The safety of their product is a joke. Customer service is well. You would get more answers from talking to a wall. One simple mattress protector was melted by a child's comfort stuffed animal. Warmies we all know them and we all know they shouldn't melt anything ever. Except for this product apparently. Cost me almost 400 for the mattress protector and 300 for the sheets on our bed. Out 700 dollars because of the material they use is like a plastic so it melts under the slightest heat. God forbid u get a fever it might melt to you. I highly do not recommend buying this product and this company is so lucky the cover didnt melt and stick to my daughter!!!! DO NOT BUY EVER. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I have been ordering Bedgear performance bedding for a few years now, and the cooling sheets really help as I sleep warm. While they do get warm where I lie, the minute I move to another spot, the sheets instantly cool me. The quality of the sheets are amazing as well. Even after many runs though the washer and dryer, the sheets still retain their cooling ability just the same as the day I bought them. I would recommed these sheets to anyone who sleeps warm and who need the cooling technology.

Very poorly made for the price. Unfortunately we were forced into buying this bed for health reasons. The sheets ripped the first time I put them on. They are $180-250.wish I never bought this bed. Also it takes two people to make it. Worst purchase ever

I purchased their mattress pad from a mattress store, believing the 10-year guarantee would provide meaningful coverage if there were ever a problem. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The mattress pad cover was urinated on, and I contacted the company about the issue. They did not come out to inspect the mattress or the pad, offer to clean it, or provide an in-person evaluation. Instead, they based their decision solely on pictures taken with a cell phone. They determined that there was no manufacturing defect and initially denied the warranty claim. To be fair, they did eventually replace the mattress pad, but not the mattress that was stained However, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. If a product is advertised with a 10-year guarantee, I would expect the company to make a reasonable effort to inspect and address the problem rather than simply deny the claim based on photographs. This is by far the worst mattress pad I have ever purchased. I would never buy another one, and based on my experience, I would not recommend wasting your money on it.

I used to wake up with a kink in my neck or a slight headache. My best friend has one of these pillows and suggested I try it. So I did! I love it. No more aches. No more pains. Wonderful pillow!

My wife and I just moved into our new home and don't have any A/C yet, and it's been really hot this summer on Long Island. Since we both love sleeping with blankets, we figured we'd give the Ver-tex sheets a shot. While they were a little slippery when paired with the pillowcases, they really helped us manage the heat. We really noticed this the most with a fan on, the airflow was much better than the other sheets we've been working with. It almost made the sheets feel even colder. Would recommend these to anyone who does not want to wake up sweating in the middle of the night. While they were a little expensive, we felt it was worth it.
