OMG after reading the reviews. I’m upset I put the bed gear mattress cover and sheets on my new temper pedic Queen mattress. The items was a purchase packet at Ashley Furniture. The sheets are paper thin (linen) and mattress cover seems plastic like. I did wash all before putting on. I requested help as to how to put on the cover. It’s so tight.

This mattress protectors is very slippery. It looks nice but when I sit on the side of the bed I start to slip off. The other problem is that my fitted sheets move around and are a mess when I get up in the morning.

This review pertains to the Aspen 3.0 & Gamma 2.0 pillows from Bedgear. 1. Inadequate support for us. We're side sleepers. The mentioned pillows were suggested by the Bedgear Pillow Quiz. 2. Initial sleep period began with comfort but fell flat 3 hours into sleep pattern. Awakened by discomfort and need to reposition pillow several times during night. 3. The return policy works, however be aware it's quite expensive to return pillows. We choose UPS Ground and it was $53.00 from Ohio. Most of the expense was due to "commercial delivery address" fees. My suggestion: Skip the quiz and try out a pillow at local dealer.

I got this pillow because I have lumbar arthritis and waa told it would help. WRONGO!! I wake up juat as stiff and sore as I did with pillows I didnt pay $200 for. I also have to fluff the pillow every night before I go to sleep....why is that?! If I knew then what I know now I wouldve just spent that money on the “my pillow”

I was once very much in love with my pillow! However, after about a year to 18 mos of use, it lost a lot of it's support. I'm still using it because the standard pillows just leave me with agonizing neck pain, and I'm not try to revisit that life! I've had my pillow about 2.5-3 years now and at one point the inner material started making crumpling & popping noises like bubble wrap! Ugh! I'm toughing it out, but I need a new one! For the price, I expected more. Spending $80 every 1-2 years for a new pillow just seems absurd!

I sell Bedgear products and their products themselves are amazing!!! But when I purchased a product from the website it was not up to par and so I called and someone helped me but customer experience just seemed a little subpar. After getting info I had more questions and so I emailed for more information but never got a response. That’s simple customer service. Being in customer service myself, Bedgear needs to know not responding is not good. At all. That is all. Thank you for letting me voice my opinion.

This is a very well made mattress cover. It does stay cool until you actually lay on it. It does not stay cool under your body. I am not sure that any mattress cover material is capable of staying cool. This is better than any other i have tried.

Pretty expensive for one pillow cover, but I needed something to protect the pillow. I do feel that I lose some of the pillow's cooling capabilities with the cover on unfortunately. Size was a tad big but not enough that I minded. I like the material it is made from, does not feel as though I have a cover on.
