I switched over after years of headaches from dealing with Bank of America (the straw that broke the camel's back was charging a fee to use BoA ATMs). Support has always been able to help me with whatever I need, and they are very transparent about changes. A+++!

I had a great experience with a new car loan I just got. I have been a member with BCU for a long time and really have never had any negative experiences whatsoever. I had so much help this time and I want to thank David Sessions so much for all his help in finalizing my deal. He was so helpful and so pleasant, I’ll can’t say enough good things. He helped me every step of the way and made sure that I understood everything that he was talking about. So I think he definitely needs to be considered for bigger and better things!!!
