Great place to do all of your banking. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for 20 years, and recently BECU approved me for a 50k auto loan, when everyone else turned us down, they gave us a chance. Decided to cancel out my Wells Fargo and did my banking with BECU. Nothing but great experiences, thus far!

I have been banking with BECU for a little over a year. I like their low fees, multitude of atms everywhere, reimbursement of atm fees, if you use other non bank arms, their online bank app is easy to navigate, and being able to send and receive money on zelle. But mostly, what I pay most attention to, is their friendly employees! I have been to many becu branches throughout Washington, and have never been disappointed. If I lose my bank card and need a new one, I just walk into a branch and get one. I had some fraud, which they promptly put the funds back in my account, then after the investigation, send me a letter confirming the fraud and no issues are found. Today, I went into the Lynnwood branch by Alderwood mall, 15 mins before the bank would close, and got a loan, credit card and an overdraft line of credit. CYNTHIA LI took charge of my finances with expert finess and made me feel like I was taken care of by family. The 25% interest rate and a threat by the credit lender, is now gone. Replaced by 11% interest and a lower payment! The branch manager even came over to congratulate me, because I was so surprised at receiving so much, in so little time. I have no idea why anyone would go to any other bank. Their customer service is the best around.

I've used BECU for seven years, and have found them to be an upstanding institution. There are very few fees, they do everything in their power to make sure you're treated right, and their app & web interface are top notch. I haven't used them for home nor auto loans, but can vouch for checking, savings, credit card & cash back, and personal loans. In-person service is also always excellent and helpful.

My family has used BECU for years and we love them. They have been great for the past 16+ years I have been using them. Reasonable rates, customer focused, easy to use, and trustworthy.

I'm bewildered as to why BECU's rating is so low. I've never had anything but positive experiences with them. I have Checking, Business Checking, Savings, Money Market accounts as well as two car loans and a personal loan and Visa card, all of which were simple, easy, straightforward to get and qualify for. I've referred people there, who've benefited from $100 credit (though it does take a very, very long time to see). Customer service in branches has always been exceptional, phone service has been less of a great experience and hopefully they are addressing this issue.

They have always been helpful to me and transparent. They don't nickel and dime you like the regular banks.
