Unexpected big amount of taxes
Without knowing in advance I was charge with 45€ of taxes for an axe of 60€.

Dear Angel! We are very sorry about this unpleasant situation. Please, accept our apologies for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, the calculation and collection of taxes and customs duties are beyond our control and are regulated exclusively by the legislation of the receiving country. The letter sent to the e-mail address specified in the order at the time of its registration contains information about the possible need to pay VAT upon receipt. There is also information about VAT on our website.

Well-made and sharp gouge.
The tool (a short, single-bevel, straight gouge) is well-shaped, well-sized, and sharp. The handle is comfortable and made of a straight-grained ash. I could not find the same tool elsewhere and was happy to find it at BeaverCraft Tools. The finger-protective tape that I ordered is thick but comfortable and easy to put on and take off. Email notice of the purchase and tracking information made it easy to follow the delivery. The website did not specify a country of origin, so I was surprised to see that the tool was coming from Kyiv, Ukraine. It took a while to get to New York (no intermediate details), where Customs—I'm guessing—took a couple of days to clear it for domestic delivery. Delivery was then quick, and seeing the quality of the tool, I was glad to support a business in Ukraine, given the stresses currently on that country's manufacturing sector (and everything else). If ordering from BeaverCraft Tools, be patient in waiting for delivery—though I don't know where other tools may be made. I would recommend this tool and this company to others based on quality, price, and notification.

Great and friendly service from Beavercraft
Service from Beavercraft was great. The order was dispatched very quickly and I was contacted to check I was happy with the new style of knife before the order was dispatched. I was very happy with all service from Beavercraft and would definitely order from them again.

Great little hatchet
The item was packaged very well, and arrived sharp and ready to use, it was a gift for my daughter and she used it right away, and has not put it down lol.

Amazing knife set
Amazing knife set! I got a set of 3 whittling knives and a palm chisel, and I love them! They came sharp and ready and seem to hold an edge very well. Handles are also comfortable. I’ve really enjoyed using them so far.
