Dear Mark, We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with the delivery time. Unfortunately, we have no influence on postal services, but our team tries to send a quality product quickly:) Delivery from Ukraine to the USA is really not fast and takes time. Nevertheless, the delivery of all your 4 orders was carried out within the terms stated on the website when placing the order, namely 7-21 working days. We must also note that we responded promptly and several times to all your emails and messages, providing detailed information on the tracking and location of parcels. As we can see, you have already received all four of your orders, and we hope you are satisfied with our tools :) We will definitely wait for you again to show you our best service!
