I am a big fan of Beautystoredepot. They carry my favorite brand of hair products--Phyto--originally discovered in France and carried home from there very carefully. Since I do use Phyto products exclusively, I stick with Beautystoredepot. Their customer service is excellent. Their packaging of products for shipping is very effective, with no spillage in transit. From my perspective, their only limitation is that they sometimes stop carrying a Phyto product which had become one of my favorites. When I get to their website and find a favorite product missing I am disappointed. That hasn't happened very often but it does happen. That is my only frustration with Beautystoredepot.

Great products, timely service

My item still has not been received, not given email updates or info up front that the item was backordered, but the $ was taken out of my account. Explanations have been poor. Sorry I ordered I was not given all of the info from Beauty Store Depot.

My makeup was well packed and arrived lickity split! Thanks so much!

Everything went perfectly well. Communication with the seller was awesome. I was always kept apprised of status on shipping and such.

Your customer service is excellent! I had a badly damaged item from the mail and my product was immediately reordered and replaced. Will be ordering more items!!

I ended up having to request a refund before the order was completed and they processed it. Happy customer.
