Sent the wrong color foundation
Sent the wrong color foundation. A color I would never order. I called and they insisted it was me. (supervisor too). So much for the customer is always right, lol. Disappointed they were not more helpful. They even suggested I must have bought it somewhere else!

When we spoke, I did state we'd be happy to accommodate an exchange for the incorrectly ordered color for the correct color you intended to order. My order was canceled a week after it…
My order was canceled a week after it was placed. It was discouraging to receive this message after anticipating the order for several days. Definitely disappointed in the lack of communication.

When we attempted to order a replenishment from iS Clinical they notified us the product was 'sold out' and no longer available. We attempted to procure you a kit through our iS Clinical representative and after she confirmed she had none either, we immediately refunded and cancelled the order. This was communicated to you prior to refunding June 4th at 11:11 AM to your email associated with your order because we were unable to get ahold of you at the phone number associated with your order. Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I needed to receive my products quickly as I was taking a trip. They were delivered quick and on time as promised. They went above and beyond to accommodate me! I will be buying my skincare products from them from now on.
