I have been very pleased with my orders from Beauty Store Depot. They have good pricing and good shipping and response to orders. I wish they carried even more brands.

It doesn't seem really fair to rate them only average when the company itself and the product are perfectly fine; however, what bothered me was that I placed my order on the second, was sent the confirmation email that it had shipped, which gave me an estimated arrival date (which came and went) so I called the company and was given another date only a few days later. I checked the tracking number and it corresponded with what I was told and then three days later was never updated...I just received the package another week after that date. It took 23 days to receive what was estimated to take 3-5 days from the date of shipping. My suggestion is to allow plenty of time when ordering knowing it could take longer...product and pricing are good!

Everything arrived in a week and a 1/2 with good expiration dates.

The items I ordered were packaged nicely and they even gave me coupons to use for my next order which was really. The reason I am giving this a 3 rating is because I ordered my products on 1/30 and didn’t receive them until 2/17. Maybe this isn’t the seller fault but now I have to plan for a long delivery of I use them again.

I've used this product for quite a while now with very happy results. The price was competitive and the product arrived as expected. No issues.

Great as always, just took a little longer to get it this time.
