Love the freebies
The site offers quality products with discounts that increase depending on how much you spend. I like the samples that are sometimes offered as part of your purchase too. Not lame little packages, but sample sizes that you can actually use more than a couple of times in order to develop a good opinion about the product. I will be buying from this site again.

Jan. 10 Order shorted
Ordered 4 $48 items. Received 1. Charged for all 4. No phone # to find out what's going on. No indication of backorder. Who cares if you get free shipping when they don't fill the entire order? Who cares if they send swag when you don't get what you ordered?

Delay in shipment
I had to reach beauty depot bc of a delay in the 2nd part of my shipment and I was thrilled with the way they handled my concern. Everything arrived and it was easy to resolve.

Wrong products!!
I paid for quick delivery. Instead I waited 2 weeks for products and when they arrived they sent the wrong items. Now I have to take to post office for return plus notify company of their errors. Very disappointing! and a time burner. Patricia Klussman

Grande lash
I recently bought this product. I cannot comment if it does stimulate lash growth yet. I have eyelash extensions and I just want my real lashes to grow better for the extensions. It was easy to purchase and it arrived in a timely fashion. No complaints so far..
