Prompt service.

I attempted to order some products for my daughter in law to try. I assumed the order had gone through . When my daughter in law didnt re ieve the order, icallsd. I was told that since the billing information &shipping I formation were notthesame the order hadnt been processed. The customer service person straighten it out. THatsaid, someone should have co tacted me first

Beauty Store Depot has great deals and excellent customer service. I normally call in my orders. The agents are always pleasant and provide excellent customer service. Shipping is always free, the delivery service is expeditious, and the free samples are a plus!

I was impressed with how quickly my order arrived, and it was not only accurately fulfilled, but I received several nice free samples that will be great for travel. I believe I also received a percentage discount, which helps with the pricey brand (Phyto) of hair stuff I seem to need. I have been using the Phyto products for a year and a half, now, and they have helped my hair tremendously, not only from my perspective, but according to my hairdresser, who had told me I needed to do something different, before I started on the Phyto vitamins and hair products, because my hair was so brittle, damaged, and thinning. It is now healthy, shiny, and thicker, with new little hairs still growing in visibly around my hairline.

Free Sipping? Three-Little LipBalm?! I didn't think it would takes 3 weeks to receive in my mail. For a $1.00 dollar difference, I would just ordered from Amazon and receive within 2-3 day! Not worth purchase from Beautystoredpot
