Customer service was not an issue
Customer service was not an issue. Regrettably I di not look at the size of the product I ordered. The price was what I had paid before on another site. When it arrived it was incredibly expensive fir the price I paid. I am returning product fir refund. I regularly shop on line. There would be no reason To use this particular site again

I see that one of our CSR's sent you the return information on 9/24/18, but we still haven't received the product. I have followed up with another email in case you needed any additional assistance with the returns process. I also wanted to advise you that we only offer the one size of the Rosa Sea Gel. Since we are authorized resellers of GM Collin, it is against our contract to offer any back bar sizes for retail. I would urge you to be cautious of any etailers/retailers where you may be purchasing the larger size since they wouldn't be authorized resellers and there would be no guaranty on the product you are purchasing. I've been shopping with BSD for years. Their reps are always helpful and knowledgeable on suggesting new products that may work well for my needs. I love everything I've tried from them, amazing products!

I used to buy the same cosmetics from…
I used to buy the same cosmetics from the doctors office, but this is a better deal, they give you full size samples, and it's the same stuff. Same quality, so I trust them. I havent had any shipping issues either.

I am very happy with the products
I am very happy with the products. It is helping me with the redness on my cheeks and the moisturizer is great! Good price and fast shipping. I would recommend these products!
