I will never purchase anything again…
I will never purchase anything again from beautystoredepot. My purchase never arrived at my address. I had to track it down at the local post office because someone at beautystoredepot put my address down incorrectly. Customer service was also unimpressive at best, telling me in no uncertain terms that they do not care about my package once it has left their facility.

Thank you for your recent order and our apologies for the delay and any frustration you experienced with receiving your order. Our records indicate that you called in and made a request to add a line to your address (as you had just moved to the new development). Our CSR accommodated your request and made the addition. Unfortunately this did lead to a delay in receipt, however as soon as you contacted our Customer Service Department advising you hadn't receive the package, we immediately opened a case with USPS to begin searching for the lost package. In addition, we also made multiple calls to your local post office in an attempt to expedite this request. The owner of beautystoredepot also followed up with you to verify you had received your package without any response. We pride ourslves on providing the best customer service and again extend our apologies to you for any inconveniences. According to my notes you were also provided with a discount code as an apology for any miscommunication. We would love to do business with you in the future and appreciate your business.
