Outstanding Customer Service/ Prompt delivery/ Great Samples!!!
All items I ordered from the brand IS Clinical were of the upmost and best quality from Beautystoredepot along with the rest of my order, except for a defective Cosmedix silicone mask applicator brush. (which is very disappointing from Cosmedix - since their products are known for being high quality) I received my package without the deluxe samples my item was supposed to include from IS Clinical. However, the owner Jade reached out to me and fixed my issues immediately. I sent back the brush with the return label she mailed to me. Jade sent along some amazing IS Clinical samples with the return label. I also received a full refund for the brush. Their customer service has exceeded my expectations to correct the issues I had at hand. I would highly recommend Beautystoredepot, espically being a business owner myself. I definitely will be ordering from them again.
