Hi there, Our current estimated standard delivery timeframe is 7 to 10 business days, however we do see some orders arriving before this - your order in September arrived within 6 business days. We know it can be super-frustrating when products you love are out of stock, particularly when these are part of your daily routine. The main reason for running out of products is the sheer number of moving parts in our supply chain. We try and always keep reserves of ‘safety stock’ for when issues in the supply chain happen, but sometimes if the delays are significant, even those ‘emergency supplies’ can run out, and that’s when things go out of stock for a while. We do our best to keep an estimated back in stock date on the product page, and in the meantime we have product experts on hand to suggest the most suitable alternatives for you.
