Hi there, I've taken a look into the Beauty Pie account associated with the email address for this review and from the products purchased, I can see that your review is about the Japanfusion Pure Transforming Cleanser. This is a gel-to-oil-to-milk formula, and should be applied on dry skin to tracelessly remove makeup, oils and pollution. To use this product as intended, we advise to massage in until the texture becomes much lighter and with more slip, then add warm water until milky. You should need around a grape-sized amount.
