Great products, promptly sent, in great, minimalist packaging. The packaging is frequently in glass, which I *love*.

More expensive than it initially appears, but killer products. I have a $10/month subscription which usually gets me two products a month max, so the shipping and monthly membership really end up being a big part of the overall costs. That said, my skin is responding beautifully to the retinol cream and the candles are lush. I think you get the most bang for your buck with skincare and fragrance.

I love how easy the site is to use and how quickly I recieve my orders after placing them! Everything always comes wrapped up and nicely boxed so I know its going to arrive safely, even after being jostled in the mail. Most importantly the products I've tried have been a delight to use and are effective! The only criticism I have is that products I want order seem to be out of stock fairly often. But its good stuff so I can understand why everybody wants it!
