I just started with Beauty Pie and my first order was great. I will continue to try new things.

I am fairly new to Beauty Pie but I have had some interaction with customer service and they were excellent. I also do find that the products are of very good quality.

The products I’ve bought from Beauty Pie have been high quality, nicely packaged, and totally comparable to prestige brands. The prices are jaw-droppingly low. I’m basically switching over to Beauty Pie exclusively, aside from the odd old favorite or irresistible new product launch at Sephora.

While the brand itself is genius in concept and mission (five stars), the user experience on the website is a bit broken. I used a code to get a free month and it seems that the line item for the subscription was not removed upon check out and now I have to follow up with customer service to get a refund for it.

The Beauty Pie website is easy to navigate and a pleasure to use. The process for ordering is pretty easy although the amount of time it takes for the order to be delivered is a little longer than when I order from places like Sephora, Target or Amazon. And a caveat about the products I've used so far: I wish I could say that I absolutely LOVE Beauty Pie products because they are so affordable. It is unfortunate that I find the quality of the products sub par. I'm not sure how much longer I will continue.

All is good. There are maybe too many adjectives in description. Hard to get the difference between two say moisturizing creams.
