Excellent Customer Service After a Lost Order! The courier lost my package and beauty pie support was fantastic, so quick to message back, very helpful, made the process simple. I got my order sent back out and the products are fantastic as always.

This is a perfect example of the frustration I experienced when I tried to get my refund. They had everything they needed in their system based on my email. I suspect they make it harder than necessary for example how Amazon deals with refunds and their delivery personnel take a photo of the delivery location , is someone like me 66 gives up on trying to make their online form discoverable. I have been a long time customer and they totally ignored that fact. Im in the skin care business professionally licensed in the state of Florida, FS2420, I think is my number . Originally they told me to check with neighbors. I told who I was originally coordinating this situation that heat degenerates skin care products and they were welcome to just send me a new replacement order. It was only approximately $200. How much personal time has this required and it’s indeterminate because time is not a recoverable asset, so it’s a sunk cost on my end. I manage a business and employees and am the senior contact for each customer, I assure you we would never do this to a customer again we have been in business since 1955z If you delete my review (your option), ill make it a wider audience to post reviews via Google and Yelp. In fact I am so disappointed that I'm going to do it now and on all social media. If they want a “fight” then I will gladly accept this ridiculous challenge. I don’t know if those other sites take down less than favorable reviews, I guess I will just have to discover for myself. PS iI have purchased over 700 items on EBay without a complaint and I am 100% favorably rated i only purchase from eBay. Google and Yelp i only posted positive reviews. Why would I want to hurt someone’s business. Beauty Pie is penny wise and dollar STUPID!! Beauty Pie has earned my scorn and I have time to research where else I can post my neutral review, but it’s going to go down for these additional hoops they are putting me through. Good luck Beauty Pie and I suspect you’ll see my name again.

Unfortunately, the tracking hasn't updated in 2 months - order never received. I emailed customer services and never heard back. I had used beauty pie previously and had a good experience but have to be honest that in this instance it's been a poor experience
