Love the products that I received and the sizes. Fantastic

Did not like products, caused irritation when used. Asked to cancel monthly membership. Was told I needed to complete two pages of documentation to be reviewed to see if they’d allow cancellation. What?! Still waiting to here back.

I am loving Beauty Pie and telling all of my friends. The quality of the products and range of choices is great. I can only guess that they will come out with more and more. The only small criticism I have is the ease of getting into the site. I wish that it would keep me in without having to choose between US /UK. I also wish that I could see when my month will refresh. I suppose I could keep track on my own calendar if need be, but just saying it would be helpful to know. I also admit that I didn't read the fine print carefully so when I signed up, I thought the spending limit was the Pie price. Oops, not so. I would have bought $100 worth of products had that been the case! Despite those small details, I am a big fan. BIG FAN!

Outstanding experience. Received products within one week, each carefully wrapped and presented, with not too much and not too little packaging. Quality exceeded expectation on every item. Especially love the cool palette—perfect as a purse take-along, replacing much clutter. The lip products are elegant and the colors are clear, soft and lovely. The treatment products are luxurious to touch and have yielded zero adverse reactions. I find myself forgoing other purchases from other brands to take advantage of this exceptional quality and much more sensible pricing. Seems really right.

The site works well! I've never had an issue and Beauty Pie is an awesome company.

Products are PHENOMENAL but when you have to wait 6-8 weeks because customer service will not listen and send products directly through the USPS instead of using UPS who then transfers to USPS causing every single shipment to be delayed. USPS will pick up for free so I really do not understand why this cannot be solved for APO/DPO/FPO customers. This cannot be blamed on COVID.

Arrived fast and great quality

The package arrived like it was a gift. Beautiful pink box, products hand wrapped and it was a beautiful first impression. Each item felt luxurious from the weight of the glass to the decadence of the creams and serums. I have been in the luxury cosmetic line for over 35 years so I am use to high end quality. Worth every cent.
