Love the concept of direct to consumer and wholesale pricing. Don’t like the idea of spending limit connected to “market price”. Market prices are inflated, i.e. market price for a cleansing balm is $65 as marked in the site... show me a cleansing balm for that price on the market... quality is mixed - setting powder is great, highlighter OK but candle is mediocre as well as lip shine pencil. Skin care is overrated - too expensive in highlighted market prices vs formulations. There are better formulated US and Korean products that don’t claim wholesale concept and prices are similar with cleaner and more effective formulations.

Poor customer service. Bought Flexiglass UV nail lacquer and it peels off of my nails within a day in one sheet of rubbery plastic-like material. Japan fusion face wash is nice, but the toner or step two is worthless. The only thing I’d recommend is the Japan fusion step one face wash and the retinol cream.

I love this stuff and I'm so glad I joined the family.
