Great customer service experience. I recently placed an order with Beauty Pie and when it didn't arrive when it was originally scheduled, I reached out to inquire. I was immediately met with a great customer service team who answered my questions, provided a fast alternative, and ensured the order was at my house in less than a week. Just another reason to love Beauty Pie!

My skin had started looking dull and lackluster and since using your products, specifically the glycolic toner an retinol serum I've noticed a significant improvement. I just received some new products today and am excited to try them out. Thanks so much!

Alleged market value is overinflated, which limits my final budget to the point that even if I capped my subscription model, I couldn’t use a full routine of my preferred skincare products much less try hair, body, or other items such as candles. If the intent is to just dabble a bit without ever committing to a recurring product then well done, but otherwise I am left frustrated and uncertain I want to proceed in trying anything new for fear that I won’t be able to sustain it moving forward. Pie days don’t cut it.

I have been a satisfied member for over three years. I have watched their offerings grow which is exciting. Customer service is helpful which I appreciate. As the years have gone by I find Beauty Pie to be my brand of choice as the quality and price have exceeded my expectations consistently.
