So far after a month I've had a great experience with Beauty Pie . I love their products and done wonders for my skin

I have fallen in love with these products! They are such great quality and so inexpensive. I have used their Triple Hyaluronic Acid serum and the Super Retinol Night Cream and LOVE them both! I also purchased their LOVE perfume and cannot get over how luxurious the smell is. I'm hooked!

It’s really 3 because products took way too long to ship, for 3 weeks they were in New Jersey. My decision to continue this subscription depends solely on the products quality. To be fair it is Covid so that of course plays a factor in the delay and Im not upset about anything, I’m just sad I haven’t been able to try these products I’ve been very patiently waiting for haha.

Edited: I’m revising my review after finally getting my shipment after 6 weeks. The products are amazing. I could smell the candle in the packing box; the scent is so strong and beautiful. The hair smoother replaced 3 other products with even better results. Even after the shipping debacle, which wasn’t their fault, I’m very impressed. I use kerastase and medical grade skin care, so my standards are pretty high, and Beauty Pie has exceeded them. I placed an order a month ago and still haven't received my order. Fedex lost the package, which I don't fault Beauty Pie for. I contacted their support and received a response within 48 hours. They said they were going to send out another shipment. It's been at least 4 or 5 business days, but I still haven't received a shipping confirmation or tracking code for the new shipment. They said it would take 5-7 business days to arrive. It would be nice if they could upgrade me to expedited shipping since this is my first experience with Beauty Pie and I have yet to receive anything from them after a month of placing my order. Now I have to follow up with them on where my replacement order is, if it ever got shipped out. I can't comment on the products since I've never received any, but I hope this issue can be sorted out because I'm still looking forward to trying them.

I was hesitant to try Beauty Pie when I heard everyone comparing it to Costco for beauty supplies. That is such an awful comparison. The company is so much better then I imagined it would be and I am so happy I gave it a try. The quality of the formulas & packaging is luxury 100%. I typically buy products from Elemis & Tatcha for my daily routines. Every product I have tried is just as good, if not better.

Overall experience has been good. I wish you were More open with buying additional pie/upgrades so you can buy more products. I wish the moisturizers were available in larger sizes. Shipping, packaging and presentation has been great! Overall impressed!!

Haven't used the products long enough to notice a difference but I like the idea
