I am NOT an online shopper
I am NOT an online shopper! I love being in the stores especially mulling around the make up counters! However, Beauty Pie is easy, the packaging is lovely and has really added some joy to my days😉 I work in the MH/Addiction field and the products have been uplifting and effective! Would love to see more make up.

I have ordered 3 times
I have ordered 3 times. It seems to take so long to get the order filled and then FedEx is the delivery provider. They are awful. They missed the delivery date by 2 days. Paying $8.29 for delivery, not the problem, the time it takes is the problem. I can get things overnight for free from Amazon. I know they have their own trucks but...Try a different vendor for delivery as FedEx is the most money and they are SLOW

Dear customer, Thank you for getting in touch with us - I hope you're well and having a good day. I'm really sorry to hear that you've left feeling dissatisfied with our delivery service operated by FedEx. Please be assured that we appreciate your frustration and feedback, and we are looking to change delivery carriers in the future, it is just a case of logistics at this time as we are growing very quickly. I have of course passed your comments onto our Warehouse and Logistics team to ensure that any delays are outlined to our Members wherever possible. I hope this helps to explain and please let me know if I can help you any further.

Fabulous Products!
I joined Beauty Pie a couple of months ago, and so far their products have been amazing. I have ordered a TON of different things, from skin care to makeup. Nothing has been a disappointment. I love the Fresh Glow Setting Spray, Super Retinol Eye Cream, Detox Shampoo, Probiotic Primer, Wondergloss Lip Oil (My favorite product so far!) the list goes on. It’s packaged beautifully, everything feels luxurious on my skin, definitely equal to my very high end other skin/makeup purchases. Highly recommend!

I am loving the super retinol
I am loving the super retinol. It has lightened up the dark spots on my face as well as reduced the appearance of deep furrow lines. So excited to try other products
