We're sorry to hear your disappointment regarding the shipping charges, please note we do not absorb the cost of shipping into products as we offer them at their true cost in the interest of transparency, so as a result we do have to also charge the true shipping cost that we have agreed with our Warehouse in the U.S. We appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback and we will ensure to pass this onto the relevant team.
